What the client needed help with
Latam Mercado is a consulting firm supporting startups and growing businesses across Latin America. Their work spans everything from company registration and tax strategy to employee relocation and market expansion — with a team operating locally across multiple countries in the region.
They had a bold visual direction and a strong portfolio, but after two failed attempts to launch a functional website, they came to us with a clear request:
Create a website that reflects who we are, what we do, and why it matters — without overwhelming users with complexity.
The challenge was not only to build a clean, working site, but to refine their existing visual identity and bring order to a wide range of services.

What we did
As always, we started by listening. What makes the company different? What do clients need to understand within the first 10 seconds on the page? And where exactly were things getting lost?
We then moved step by step — translating their ideas into a system that works.
1
Visual refinement without reinvention
Latam Mercado already had a defined aesthetic: vibrant gradients of violet and acid green, paired with a soft gray background. The look was bold and dynamic, meant to reflect constant motion — business relocation, people, flows of capital and documents.
But the style needed more focus. We introduced:
  • A deep navy base color to balance the palette
  • A single typeface used in different weights, for cleaner hierarchy
  • Wave-inspired visual elements that brought calm, flow, and rhythm
The result preserved their original energy, but made it easier for the eye to move, and for users to stay.
2
Clearer service structure
One of the client’s concerns was that their website had always felt too abstract. Services weren’t clearly grouped, and new visitors didn’t know where to start.
We reorganized the offer into defined blocks, with content written for clarity, not just accuracy.
We also:
  • Structured a clean, modular homepage
  • Created an interactive map to highlight their regional reach
  • Built a blog-ready layout to allow the team to publish insights and updates as they grow
Our goal was to make the site feel like a conversation, not a brochure.

Website launch and setup
Once the brand concept and structure were finalized, we moved fast. In two weeks, we delivered a fully functioning site built on Tilda.
Key implementations included:
  • Responsive layout for all devices
  • Optimized image formatting and loading speed
  • Domain setup, business email, and CRM connection
  • Lead capture forms at key touchpoints
  • Initial SEO and metadata configuration
All designed to be easy to maintain, flexible to grow, and ready for daily use.
Latam Mercado is a practical, fast-moving company, and they needed a website that matched that. No fluff. No overthinking. Just a smart, clear presentation of who they are and what they offer.
We didn’t start from scratch. We took what already existed — strong values, bold colors, and a serious team — and gave it structure, logic, and space to breathe.
